Shaun Flinn specializes in new school style, full color pieces. Shaun charges between $100 to $150 per hour depending on the piece and placement. Appointment Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds on deposits for Tattoos. If you put a deposit down to hold your appointment and you would like to cancel, you will not receive a refund on your deposit. The artist is holding the time and space for you.
